Key Responsibilities Manage and organize all project documentation including contracts drawings technical submittals and correspondence Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documents to relevant teams clients and stakeholders Implement and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic records Track document revisions and maintain a log of changes to ensure document accuracy Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to collect and process documents Ensure that documents comply with company policies and industry regulations Prepare and submit regular reports on document status to senior management Assist with project audits and provide documentation support during quality checks or inspections Requirements Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience as a document controller in the Joinery FitOut industry preferably within the UAE or GCC Strong knowledge of document management systems standards and procedures Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and Outlook and document control software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment Previous experience with joinery projects or fitout documentation is essential
