Key Responsibilities Provide daytoday technical support to users across the organization Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues Assist with the setup configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and systems Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates and patches to ensure optimal functionality Maintain IT documentation and reports related to support tickets installations and upgrades Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and solutions Manage user accounts permissions and access controls Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuous IT support and smooth operations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Proven experience in IT support 2 years preferred Strong understanding of networking systems administration and IT troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Office Active Directory and IT security systems Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment UAEbased experience is a plus
