Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s overall finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and strategic oversight
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to support statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic financial input to senior leadership and support decision-making across the business
- Monitor and manage capital adequacy, liquidity, and financial risk in line with business needs
- Drive process improvements, cost controls, and operational efficiency across the finance function
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)Recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)Minimum 8 years of experience in financial leadership roles within financial services (essential)Proven ability to manage a finance team and work closely with executive stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
