Business support : Set up meetings with potential clients in the region. Provide information about services / products offered by CITIC CLSA entities outside the ADGM / DIFC. Introduce / refer potential clients in the region to CITIC CLSA entities.
Market intelligence : Gather intelligence on industry trends, market conditions and competitor’s activities in the Middle East. Assist business lines in formulating business strategies for the region.
Local subsidiary setup : Liaise with local authorities and regulators to secure the required permissions / consents to set up subsidiaries in the UAE. Support project team in seeking CSRC’s clearances to set up new subsidiaries in the UAE.
Others : Perform ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by line manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline(s).
Minimum 8 years of working experience in financial or related industry.
Familiarity with Middle East’s market dynamics, customer preferences and cultural nuances
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communicate with various stakeholders within and outside the firm.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally internationally
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
