Apply now for the position of Key Account Manager Sales Specialist Based on your level of experience Laboratory Diagnostics to join our team based in Dubai United Arab Emirates Your role You will be responsible for dedicated accounts in your territory ensuring the best service provided and customer satisfaction You will be the point of contact for any technical Logistics and Business requirement from BP Customers for SHS portfolio related to your dedicated accounts You will ensure penetrating new sites and provide both vertical and horizontal expansion in your territory You will be responsible for Educating customers for Healthineers solutions You will provide support to BP to ensure best support to Customers You will develop BP team skills You will align with sales manager for your activities Your qualifications and experience Bachelor s degree in science pharmacy chemistry biochemistry biochemical engineering or any related fields Minimum years of management experience of a field commercial team is required Proven track record of success in managing a growing sales team Strategic selling skills Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly effectively and proficiency in English fluent and preferably fluent Arabic Adaptability and Resilience The medical devices industry can be dynamic and challenging The ability to adapt to changing market conditions handle pressure and persevere through obstacles is important for success in this role Good knowledge of IT solutions Your attributes and skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong drive and focus for results Willingness to travel
