QA Senior Engineer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Test Strategy Development Design implement and manage comprehensive testing strategies for new and existing products Automation Expertise Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts to streamline the QA process Defect Management Identify document and track software defects working closely with development teams for resolution Performance Testing Conduct performance scalability and reliability testing to ensure system robustness Team Leadership Mentor junior QA engineers providing guidance and promoting best practices in quality assurance Skills Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools e g Selenium JMeter Postman or Cypress Proficiency in programming languages for test automation e g Java Python or JavaScript Experience with CI CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins Git or Azure DevOps Deep understanding of API testing and tools like REST Assured or SoapUI 5 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 2 years in a senior role Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools e g JIRA Trello Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and testdriven development TDD
