Draftsman

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural structural or drawings based on project requirements Modify and revise drawings as per engineer architect input and authority comments Ensure drawings comply with UAE standards local regulations and submission requirements e g Dubai Municipality DDA Trakhees Coordinate with design and site teams for timely delivery of drawings Maintain drawing records and ensure accurate documentation Requirements Diploma or certification in Drafting or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience with at least 1 2 years in the UAE Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of Revit is a plus Familiarity with local authority guidelines and submission procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
