Eligibility Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered Must be available to join immediately Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction or projects Strong understanding of HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems Experience in design review site execution and coordination with consultants and subcontractors Familiarity with local regulations and authority approvals e g DM DCD Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and mechanical calculation tools Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
