We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to take on a dual role as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering . This is a strategic position combining deep recruitment leadership with HR business partnering across key divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, multinational matrixed environments with a strong track record in scaling talent acquisition , leading employer branding efforts , and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape people strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for mid to executive-level hiring across the UAE and regional markets.
- Partner with senior business leaders and HR to forecast talent needs and workforce capacity.
- Build talent pipelines for niche, high-demand, and critical roles across departments.
- Oversee recruitment operations, tools, vendor partnerships, and internal process optimization.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen employer value proposition (EVP) and visibility in UAE talent markets.
- Leverage market data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies and talent mapping.
- Represent the organization at regional career fairs, university programs, and networking events.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Integrate DEI into sourcing strategies and hiring practices.Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for gender and cultural diversity in leadership hiring.HR Business Partnering
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives.Support organizational design, capability building, and workforce planning in collaboration with functional heads.Lead change management initiatives for structural or strategic shifts.Address talent issues proactively, advising on retention, succession, and engagement strategies.Talent Lifecycle Ownership
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure seamless onboarding, performance management, and talent development for new hires.Ensure alignment of recruitment outcomes with internal succession plans and mobility programs.Leadership & Team Development
Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.Coach business unit HR leads on TA best practices and strategic workforce planning.Ideal Candidate Profile :
12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and HR Business Partnering in multinational organizations or large conglomerates .Deep understanding of UAE labor laws, Emiratization, and global hiring practices.Proven leadership in executive search, employer branding, and internal stakeholder management.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with ATS systems (SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.).Seniority level
