Our client are seeking a Project Director for an exclusive 18 Hole Golf & Country Club based in the United Arab Emirates

A Project Director in this business is expected to be able to add value throughout all phases of a life cycle on a 1 Billion AED Phased Project. With prior Golf Course experience in the region you understand the environment, challenge and constraints. Managing large project teams, ensuring targets and hit and ensuring moral and team work ethic is HIGH.

Do you have the managerial skills , client facing skills and engineering experience to lead such a project & team.

Client is looking for someone that fits the following criteria.

• Clear Project Director experience or Operations Manager handling 700- 1.5 Billion AED Projects / Turnover
• Strong stakeholder & management skills
• Able to think on your feet and protect the contract and position of the business
• Strategic thinker that’s calm and understands risk, contracts and the UAE construction Industry
• 10 Years + delivering complex civil engineering projects
• Degree – Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 1 Major Golf Course Delivered in the Middle Eastern Region
• Lump Sum Salary Range of 70-100,000 AED Per Month
• Fully Expensed Vehicle & Fuel Card
• Family Status , Flights , Visas &, Life cover & Medical
