LMS Operator

A new opportunity has come up from one of thefastest-growing hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for a LMS Operator to join their new institute.

The LMS (Learning Management System) Operator is responsible for managing the digital platforms used the learners. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of these systems, ensuring their smooth operation, and providing support to students, teachers, and parents in utilizing these platforms effectively. The Systems Operator plays a crucial role in facilitating remote learning, managing student data, and enhancing communication within the school community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• System Administration : Manage and maintain the LMS and SMS platforms, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Technical Support : Provide technical support to students, teachers, and parents, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, navigation, and functionality.
• Training and Onboarding : Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and familiarize them with the features and functionalities of the LMS and SMS systems.
• Content Management : Assist teachers in uploading and organizing educational materials, assignments, quizzes, and other content within the LMS platform.
• Data Management : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data within the SMS system, including enrolment records, grades, attendance, and disciplinary information.
• Integration and Customization : Collaborate with IT staff to integrate third-party tools and applications with the LMS and SMS systems, as well as customize features to meet the specific needs of the school.
• Communication Facilitation : Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents through the LMS and SMS platforms, including announcements, messaging, and discussion forums.
• System Upgrades and Maintenance : Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the LMS and SMS systems, coordinating system upgrades and maintenance activities as needed.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Generate reports and analyze data from the LMS and SMS systems to monitor student progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making by school administrators.
