- Take an active, hands-on role in daily financial operations, including reviewing transactions, reports, and processes directly—not solely through team delegation
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations
- Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures
- Proactively identify financial issues and provide written recommendations to local and regional stakeholders
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports to local and regional management
- Analyze financial results in coordination with the Managing Director and report key findings and variances to the Group Finance team
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency
- Conduct quarterly budget reviews, identifying and reporting variances to management and the Group Finance team
- Track and manage receivables and payables, escalating problem areas when necessary
- Review and approve daily financial transactions, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant
- Review and ensure timely submission of VAT filings and other tax obligations in accordance with UAE laws
- Respond promptly to ad hoc financial reporting requests from Group Finance
- Ensure that all documents and reports are properly signed, dated, and archived as per internal controls and audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldFinancial certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plusMinimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow managementAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Finance Manager, Financial Controller, etc.)Hands-on experience with UAE taxation, VAT regulations, and financial complianceMust be currently residing in the UAEFluent in English; Arabic is a plusMust be hands-on, with a strong willingness to be directly involved in day-to-day financial operations—not just manage from a distanceExperience in the advertising, media, or marketing industry is a plusStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support financial teamsProven ability to analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendationsStrong knowledge of receivables, payables, and daily financial transactionsFamiliarity with internal controls, financial policies, and proceduresAbility to prepare and present financial reports to senior managementHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsCapablAdditional Information
