Electrical Draughtsman Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Drafting Prepare Single Line Diagrams SLDs schematics MTOs electrical layouts installation details panel schedules and interconnection drawings Weight Control Reports Prepare weight control reports for electrical parts including bulk materials Document Management Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all electrical drawings and revisions Compliance Ensure all drawings and documents meet Qatargas standards and project specifications BOMs and MTOs Prepare Material TakeOffs MTOs and Bill of Materials BOMs based on project requirements Quality Checks Conduct quality checks on all electrical drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness Requirements Education Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Drafting Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience 15 years of experience as an Electrical Draughtsman in the Oil Gas sector specifically with LNG projects and an EPC background Qatargas Standards Proven experience with Qatargas standards AutoCAD Proficiency Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is a must Language Fluency in English both written and spoken
