QA QC Engineers

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures tailored for villa projects Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and local regulations Monitor all stages of construction to identify and resolve quality issues Collaborate with project managers site engineers and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met Maintain detailed quality control records and prepare regular quality reports for stakeholders Participate in internal and external audits and take corrective actions when necessary Oversee the implementation of safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE construction sector with a strong focus on villa projects Indepth knowledge of UAE construction standards codes and regulations Familiarity with international quality standards ISO ASTM etc Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and QA QC software Previous experience working on villa or residential projects is a must
