The key objectives for this role are :
Manage and supervise of all the EPC activities of the Insulation SectionRESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day operations of the Insulation Section's EPC works, to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and proceduresReview of EPC job specifications and do gap analysis, pre-planning of priorities, establish production objectives, schedules to ensure timely delivery of all projects undertaken with required quality and safety standardsReview of EPC projects - Insulation Procedure Specifications, drawings, ITP, schedule, plans, construction procedures etc. to ensure smooth delivery of the projectCoordinate with Engineering for prioritizing the deliverables and find solutionsSupport EPC Division during bid stage as & when requiredParticipate in high level owner meetingsEvaluate the resource loading across EPC projects allocatedRandom inspection of worksite in order to make sure the optimum utilization of available resources, identify site modification required and raise Technical Queries as requiredCoordinate with other disciplines along with Project Manager / Construction Manager for construction sim-ops, clash checks identification and smooth progress of EPC projectsApprove Material Requisitions for EPC projects and coordinate with Procurement Team to find best alternatives for early deliverDiscipline employees, according to the disciplinary procedure, whose behavior contravenes disciplinary codeQUALIFICATIONS

Expected :
Minimum 10 years experiencePrevious ADNOC experience is preferredProven experience as a Insulation Supervisor or similar role in the construction industryStrong understanding of health and safety regulations related to insulationKnowledge and experience in an EPC company involved in insulation worksFamiliar with technical terms related to insulation and cladding worksGood knowledge in fabrication and installation of insulation and claddingStrong background with resolution of technical issues during projects planning and execution phasesDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with business objectivesABOUT US
