They are looking to hire an HR manager who will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR compliance in alignment with the Groups growth strategy and values.
We are ideally looking for a Western European candidate .
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Strategy & Execution
Translate business priorities into HR strategies and initiatives
Drive engagement, talent management, succession planning, and diversity
Lead human capital reviews and performance-related discussions
Oversee HRIS usage, workforce planning, and change management
Provide HR insights at executive and owner meetings
2. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Lead end-to-end recruitment : job analysis, sourcing, selection, onboarding
Develop staffing strategies in collaboration with department heads
Monitor and improve recruitment turnaround time and hiring quality
Partner with agencies and external resources to source high-caliber talent
3. Compensation & Benefits
Design and manage total compensation strategies and incentive programs
Conduct internal equity analysis and align offers with market competitiveness
Champion best practices in pay structure, recognition, and employee rewards
4. Learning, Development & Employee Relations
Ensure proper training for HR staff and line managers
Promote a positive employee relations environment
Guide and mentor HR staff on employee queries and workplace matters
Support leadership development and succession initiatives
Education & Certifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred : MBA / CIPD / HRM certification
Experience
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including UAE experience
Strong exposure to HR operations, systems, and cross-functional leadership
