Job Requirements
As a Lead Services Specialist, you will be responsible for :
planning and execution of field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics
Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
Develop long range forecast for region resource needs
Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
Handli diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Work Experience
Have an Engineering degree or technical diploma with relevant equivalent experience
Have 10 + years of experience in cementing operations
Have 5+ years of offshore experience with Seahawk experience
Have experience managing a team
Have experience in project leadership
Be a team player and display excellent communication skills in English
