Membership Director – Luxury Private Members Club

We’re partnering with an exclusive, upmarket Members Club in Dubai to appoint a polished and experienced Membership Director — someone with natural presence, refined taste, and a strong track record in luxury sales and networking.

This is a high-touch, relationship-led role suited to someone who understands the world of private members clubs, can command a room with elegance, and is confident representing the brand among Dubai’s most discerning clientele.

What you’ll be doing :

• Leading the membership strategy and personally driving growth through a strong and curated personal network
• Acting as the face of the club at private events, social gatherings, and in elite circles
• Building and managing a team of Membership Consultants — setting strategy, mentoring, and earning team override
• Delivering a seamless, highly personalised onboarding experience for all new members
• Working closely with internal departments (events, marketing, F&B) to maintain a rich and exclusive member experience
• Developing long-term, trust-based relationships with UHNW individuals, partners, and brand collaborators
