Head of Information Technology Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Lead crossfunctional IT teams overseeing projects and ensuring successful delivery Evaluate and implement new technologies applications and tools to enhance business operations and efficiency Ensure robust data privacy and cybersecurity measures are in place compliant with industry regulations Collaborate with other departments to optimize technology usage reduce costs and improve overall performance Drive holistic digital transformation initiatives aligning technology implementation with business objectives Maintain optimal performance of IT support operations preventing disruptions to business operations Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture ensuring a cohesive and scalable IT environment Identify and leverage AI tools to optimize business operations and processes Build and manage a highperforming IT team through recruitment training and retention strategies Develop and implement live dashboards with accurate data enabling informed decisionmaking across the organization Qualifications Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role in a multifunctional organization Strong understanding of IT infrastructure cybersecurity and digital transformation principles Excellent leadership and team management skills driving collaboration and innovation Experience in digital transformation with a focus on strategic planning and execution Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business operations driving process optimization and efficiency Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Masters degree preferred
