Preferred Candidate Profile Senior Interior Designer We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with experience in Design Build Contracting Companies particularly in highend ultraluxury villa and mansion projects The ideal candidate should have expertise in luxury interior and exterior finishes with a focus on quality attention to detail and design excellence The candidate must have experience in Project Management Concept Designing Tendering Bid Proposals and Commercial Management Experience in Subcontractor Management and Suppliers Materials Coordination is essential Strong skills in delivering projects on time within budget and with the highest standards are required Qualifications Degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 10 years of experience in luxury residential projects Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and other design software Experience in Commercial Management and Subcontractor Coordination
