Estimation Engineer Civil Fitout Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and fitout projects by analyzing drawings specifications and requirements Evaluate and price materials labor equipment and subcontracts for competitive tenders and bids Work closely with project teams to understand project scope and timelines Assist in preparing tender submissions including technical and commercial proposals Review and update cost estimates to ensure they reflect the latest market rates and project demands Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Track project costs and ensure adherence to the estimated budgets Collaborate with the procurement team to identify costsaving opportunities Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience in cost estimation for civil and fitout projects Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and market pricing Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD MS Excel and specialized cost estimation tools Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
