Architect Job Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors Degree in Architecture 15 years of professional experience in construction hotel resort design with large development projects and multidisciplinary teams Strong technical and project management knowledge Effective communication skills in English Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office 3D Studio Max Photoshop Illustrator SketchUp and knowledge of Revit Ability to perform space planning and develop area schedules during initial phases Strong design skills with knowledge of sustainable building design Advanced knowledge of building systems sustainability integrated design and LEED guidelines Understanding of QA QC processes building codes and research skills for technical documentation Knowledge of hotel operations interior design experience is a plus
