Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during checkin and checkout Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions Coordinate special requests and VIP services Maintain good relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits Gather guest feedback and report to management for service improvement Qualifications Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly courteous and professional demeanor Ability to handle guest concerns tactfully Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
