Key Responsibilities Lead manage and support the English department team Develop and implement the IGCSE English curriculum effectively Monitor teaching quality student progress and assessment results Plan departmental goals and coordinate lesson planning and resources Organize and oversee internal exams assessments and moderation Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development Foster a culture of excellence innovation and continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in English or Education Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong experience in IGCSE English First Language Second Language curriculum Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
