Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Smart Hand Support Technician to provide onsite IT support troubleshoot hardware software issues and assist with network and server maintenance across client locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities Provide first and secondlevel desktop support to end users Assist in hardware installations upgrades and maintenance Support network printer and peripheral device troubleshooting Manage incident tickets and service requests efficiently Handle Smart Hands tasks like server racking cable patching and remote assistance coordination Requirements Proven experience in desktop or IT support roles Strong knowledge of Windows OS MS Office basic networking Familiarity with ticketing systems e g ServiceNow Jira Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Willingness to travel between sites within the UAE
