About Us :

MTM Power Sports, a division of the renowned MTM Group, specializes in high-performance vehicles, motorcycles, marine products, and recreational power sports equipment. Known for delivering premium products with exceptional service, we are expanding our Abu Dhabi showroom and seeking a Sales Officer who is passionate, personable, and product-savvy.

Role Overview :

As a Sales Officer, you'll be the face of our showroom—guiding customers through their product journey, handling inquiries, and facilitating pre-orders for a wide range of power sports products. This is not a high-pressure, target-driven role—our focus is on relationship-building, product education, and premium service.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing a premium and informative experience

2- Understand customer needs and guide them through the pre-order process

3- Maintain in-depth product knowledge (motorcycles, ATVs, marine gear, accessories, etc.)

4- Generate and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner

5- Coordinate with internal teams on order status, delivery timelines, and customer updates

6- Prepare quotations and assist with order documentation

7- Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation

8- Build lasting relationships with power sports enthusiasts and collectors

Requirements :

1- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role (automotive or lifestyle brands preferred)

2- Passion for motor vehicles, bikes, and power sports products

3- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

4- Comfortable handling luxury clientele with professionalism

5- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

6- Based in the UAE
