Our company is seeking an experienced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to join our passionate team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or impairments resulting from medical conditions or injuries. Your role will involve developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans that support patients in achieving their maximum functional potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and establish treatment objectives
• Create and manage individualized rehabilitation programs incorporating various therapeutic techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, recovery expectations, and self-care strategies
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation to ensure evidence-based practices
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
