Sales Team Leader Location United Arab Emirates Amc Motors Trading LLC is a trusted name in the UAE automotive industry serving as the official dealer of Victory Commercial Vehicles With a strong presence across the UAE including showrooms in Abu Dhabi Dubai Sharjah and Northern Emirates we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and value to our clients We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our team in Abu Dhabi The ideal candidate will lead motivate and drive the performance of the sales team to achieve and exceed targets ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering longterm client relationships Requirements Lead mentor and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular feedback and coaching to the team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to management Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Minimum 25 years in a sales leadership role preferably in the automotive or related industry Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Strong ability to lead motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Arabic is a plus Strong relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed decisions Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performancebased incentives Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance
