The main objective of the Dubai Schools Al Barsha, Mirdif and Nad al Sheba Projects is to create a mutually beneficial partnership between the government and the private sector that ensures Dubai’s aspiration to have 100% of Emirati Students enrolled in 'Good+' rated schools.

We would like to recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students, who understand that change is a process and who want to take an active role in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared goals. The projected growth of Taaleem will offer a broad range of exciting opportunities in the coming years.

You Will Have

Education : Master’s degree or NPQSL / NPQH, Teaching certification, Principal / educational management qualification

Experience

• The placement will be in a large school setting (2000+ primary students); at least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role that has included responsibility for running / line managing a team, making curriculum decisions, inspection procedures and working firsthand with parents.
• The Primary section runs from KG to Grade 5, follows US curriculum standards, and employs an internationally diverse staff, knowledge and experience in a similar setting would be a distinct advantage.
• IB PYP experience, US curriculum standards and familiarity with the UAE context would be desirable.
