JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Client Acquisition : Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation : Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
- Market Analysis : Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
Language : Chinese & EnglishLanguage Skills : Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).Education : Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Experience :Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain.
Preferred UAE or GCC experience.Industry Expertise :Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.
Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.Other Skills :Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of enterprise client management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Competencies :
