JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition : Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation : Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Market Analysis : Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration : Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all sales activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirement / Qualifications

  • Language : Chinese & English
  • Language Skills : Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).
  • Education : Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry or solutions sales domain.

  • Preferred UAE or GCC experience.
  • Industry Expertise :
  • Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.

  • Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.
  • Other Skills :
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
