Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process of structuring and launching the REIT.
- Evaluate legal, financial, and tax implications of REIT formation and oversee the development of optimal structures.
- Manage relationships with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors to ensure compliance with REIT and securities regulations.
- Advise on capital structure, governance, and dividend policy to ensure the REIT’s attractiveness to investors.
- Align asset management practices, reporting, and financial controls with REIT and market standards.
- Ensure the income-generating asset portfolio is appropriately structured and stabilized for REIT inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Real Estate, or related field; MBA, CFA, or relevant legal qualifications preferred.Direct experience in REIT structuring essential, with 10+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or asset managementExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
