The ideal candidate

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

Valid Principal or Administrator certification (U.S. or equivalent international credential preferred)

Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in an American or international K–12 school setting

Strong understanding of the American curriculum (Common Core, AP, or similar frameworks)

Demonstrated success in school improvement, teacher development, and student achievement

Global mindset with experienceworking in multicultural environments
