Responsibilities Oversee the entire Food Beverage department including outlets banquets and catering Develop menus in coordination with chefs and ensure quality standards Manage staff scheduling training and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor financial performance budgets and cost controls Enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery Qualifications Proven experience as an F B Manager or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills Ability to manage budgets and financial targets Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
