Storekeeper cum Timekeeper Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all materials and supplies in the inventory Receive inspect and store incoming materials according to company procedures Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of materials Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels Prepare materials for delivery to construction sites based on project requirements Coordinate with site supervisors to schedule timely deliveries and avoid project delays Monitor transportation logistics to ensure efficient and costeffective delivery of materials Track and document material usage and consumption onsite Implement and maintain an accurate timekeeping system for onsite personnel Record daily attendance including arrival and departure times for all workers Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies in cooperation with the HR department Generate reports on attendance and work hours for management review Liaise with project managers site supervisors and procurement team to coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations is preferred
