Manager / Assistant Manager- Business Development (Energy / Power)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in any of the  energy, water utilities, or power operations . The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing business development and overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from onboarding to successful handover. Expertise in building projects exceeding 100 million USD , is essential.

This role requires a strategic thinker with robust connections in the UAE market across power, renewable, and non-renewable energy sectors. The candidate should have excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate complex bidding processes for the operations based in ABU DHABI

Business Development :

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the energy, water utilities, and power sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including renewable and non-renewable energy players in the UAE market.

Leverage market insights to develop strategic partnerships and expand the company’s footprint.

Project Lifecycle Management :

Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, from initial onboarding to final handover

Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Bidding and Tendering :

Develop and submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) in alignment with client requirements.

Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents and manage bid strategies for projects exceeding $100 million.

Market Engagement :

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies in energy and utilities.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
