Project Manager

Oversee and manage all phases of landscaping projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule resources and budget estimations Coordinate with clients stakeholders design teams contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met Monitor project progress identify risks or issues and implement corrective actions as needed Lead and supervise project teams ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and regulatory guidelines Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients Manage project documentation contracts and procurement processes Candidate Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping construction or related industry Strong leadership organizational and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management software e g MS Project Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
