QA Executive Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Internal calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment Assist with product releasing in system Perform laboratory testing including pH Fat Specific Gravity Acidity Strength of CIP chemicals etc Maintain and communicate the inventory of lab consumables Perform quality control duties as directed by manager Clean and maintain work area all lab equipment and supplies Perform product weight control antibiotic testing Lab equipment calliberation sanitation Weigh measure prepare critical ingredients for production usage Ensure all paperwork is filled out in clear legible accurate format with complete required information Ensure all information is documented in accordance with SOPs Requirements At least 2 years work experience in Food Dairy manufacturing unit Flexibility of working in shifts day night mid Knowledge of HACCP GMP is an added advantage Knowledge of MS office is an added advantage
