Site Foreman Civil and FitOut

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site activities related to civil works and interior fitouts Ensure work is carried out as per drawings specifications and safety standards Manage site labor subcontractors and material deliveries Report daily progress issues and work status to the site engineer or project manager Enforce safety measures and site cleanliness at all times Assist in resolving onsite technical and execution issues Requirements Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering Construction or related field Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil and interior fitout projects Strong understanding of structural finishing and coordination in fitout works Ability to read technical drawings and manage multitrade activities Good leadership communication and problemsolving skills Familiar with UAE safety regulations and site documentation procedures Requirement Experienced professionals in the Joinery FitOut industry with 10 years in the UAE or GCC
