Public Relations Officer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies and officials Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations Stay updated on changes in government policies and procedures and implement necessary adjustments within the organization Prepare and submit all necessary documents for various governmental requirements such as work permits visas and trade licenses Assist employees with visa and immigration processes Provide guidance and support on governmentrelated matters Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and other external entities Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with government departments Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all government transactions and communications Provide support to the HR and administration departments as needed including handling confidential information and performing general administrative duties Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Arabic and English both written and spoken Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have a valid UAE Driving Licence
