Development Manager (Industrial)

Description

Western PMC are looking for an experienced Development Manager to oversee a large Industrial project in Abu Dhabi.

This position will be based in Abu Dhabi full time and will be seconded into the Clients office.

Experience Required :

• Prior experience working as Development Manager for PMC / Developer in UAE
• Industrial and Logistics projects experience (10+ years ideally)
• Exp managing Feasibility Studies, Concept Design through to Delivery and Handover experience required (Full A-Z)
• 1 months notice period Max.
• Degree qualified

Salary for this position is circa 55-60,000 AED per month + flight and medical.
