Implement and maintain the Quality Management System QMS the Energy Management System EnMS to meet Ells Health Safety Security Environment Quality HSSEQ Sustainability objectives Review and evaluate processes of all Ell functions and implement improvements to be aligned with ENOC Operational Excellence framework Under the direct supervision of the General Manager the incumbent will provide analytical support including detailed reporting for various key performance indicators KPls undertaken by the Terminal to achieve HTL strategical objectives Principal Accountabilities With direct daytoday reporting to the General Manager the incumbent is principally accountable to implement administer and coordinate Ell Quality Management System QMS activities including esystem and documentation to comply with ISO ISO ISO ISO local legislations corporate and customer requirements and applicable international standards in consultation with all managers Quality Management Ensure that all processes of the Quality Management System are established and effectively maintained Provide analytical and administrative support for collating all data such as the HSSEQ KPls Sustainability performance Management Reviews Monthly Quarterly etc for the KPls Reporting to HTL ENOC Group for tracking and monitoring of all targets and plans with appropriate actions Organise and facilitate the IMS and the EnMS Review meetings to support the performance of the HSSEQ and Energy Management Systems respectively maintaining the minutes of the meeting and tracking for the required actions Lead the Quality Management review meetings Coordinate in the formulating and implementing the QMS and EnMS plans and programmes to promote a quality culture awareness programme in the terminal and for continual improvement in consultation with the respective managers Support in maintaining the documentation coordinating the compliance and certification of ISO ISO ISO ISO and in line with the terminals policy Audit Management System Formulate coordinate and implement all required Audit Programmes in consultation with all managers to ensure the terminals efficacies Liaise and coordinate internally and externally for all audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the Management Systems Ensure that all internal auditors are properly trained and competent to execute their assignments where required Review the audits feedbacks findings recommendations and implementation of action plans and tracking the status Operational Excellence Under the supervision of the General Manager formulate and implement the Operational Excellence Framework in line with ENOC strategies Collate all the required data analyse and prepare quarterly annual reports to Ell Management Customer Care System Investigate analyse and review all NonConformance Reports NCRs especially related to quality nonconforming events and customer complaints are in compliance with the appropriate procedures and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken Analyse customer care data and provided reports on all outstanding issues to the Terminals Manager Other Administrative Analytical Support Through the audit process anticipates business problems evaluate the impact and recommends solutions Support the Emergency Management Team as required during crisis management Carry out ad hoc assignments related to process improvements as directed by Line Manager Additional Principal Accountabilities Experience Bachelor in Quality Management or equivalent field with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry with a background on Quality Management System and frameworks Auditor qualification in ISO Quality Management System desirable with the knowledge of ISO Management System such as ISO ISO planning and organizational skills Knowledge in incident reporting investigation system such as lntelex SCAT TapRooT Knowledge in Quality Management tools and system such as KAIZEN LEAN SIX SIGMA EFQM Good knowledge of regulations of local authorities and standards related to HSE in petrochemical Industry Additionally the following in depth skill knowledge is a bare minimum Good interpersonal and Communication skills with knowledge of written and verbal English Language essential Proficient in MS Office Word Excel and Power Point and other related IT Applications Must possess analytical and problemsolving skills and the drive and ability to translate information into relevant actions Ability to interrelate and interact effectively with individuals at various levels of the Organization and other material are essential A team player selfstarter and possess a high degree of commitment You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
