QA QC Engineer

QA QC Engineer Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain a Quality Management System ensuring the organizations Quality Policy is understood and implemented by all personnel Analyze root causes of quality issues customer complaints and corrective actions providing prompt responses Lead process improvement initiatives to resolve quality problems and enhance productivity on site Collaborate with internal auditors to identify and rectify problematic areas products and processes impacting the companys quality image Foster effective communication with Site staff and sub main contractors QA QC representatives for quality policy implementation Oversee the execution of Project Quality Quality Assurance Plans quality records and prepare monthly QA QC reports Ensure installations and testing adhere to project specifications approved shop drawings and consultant client requirements Submit inspection requests to concerned authorities for necessary approval Monitor inspect communicate and verify qualityrelated activities regarding construction materials subcontract control nonconformance reports and corrective actions Keep the Project Manager informed about ongoing inspections and testing consultant and main contractor snags commissioning nonconformance and customer complaint reports
