Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Uphold the brand’s standards by maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about sportswear and active lifestyles.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Actively engage with customers, promoting brand loyalty and an active lifestyle.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
