Job Description
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
Create compelling marketing content, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
Support the management of the company’s social media channels, including creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
Support in updating the company website with fresh, relevant content using content management systems.
Support in managing the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across GCG working closely with cross-functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
Track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Assist with organizing events such as roundtable events, trade shows, and webinars.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to inform innovative strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role, preferably within the technology sector in the region.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
