Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist in internal coordination, and help maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage office documents, filing systems, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Maintain office supplies and handle procurement requests
- Support HR or finance teams with basic documentation and data entry
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle incoming / outgoing communications
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks
Qualifications :
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support roleBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and communication skillsGood command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
