Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Lead motivate and supervise the sales team Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients agencies and individual customers Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and packages Requirements UAE Hotel Experience is mandatory Fluent in Russian and English Valid UAE Driving License Proven sales record with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Degree in Business Hospitality or related field preferred Relevant sales certifications preferred
