الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) Registration with a recognized health authority (e.g., HCPC, APTA, or equivalent) Eligibility for DHA licensure as a Consultant Physiotherapist Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or consultant-level capacity Proven expertise in specialized areas (e.g., neuro rehab, MSK, post-operative recovery) Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational capabilities Research or teaching background Digital health or tech integration experience in rehabilitation pathways Compassionate, patient-first approach with culturally sensitive care
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant physiotherapist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related rehabilitation and demonstrate excellence in patient-centered care, clinical leadership, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct expert assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for complex and chronic conditions
- Provide advanced physiotherapeutic interventions using the latest techniques and technologies
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, contributing to clinical education and upskilling
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes
- Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold regulatory compliance and ethical standards in all clinical practices
