Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop project planning and control strategies.
- Manage assigned teams across departments (Production, Installation, Operation, Maintenance, and Projects) to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
- Review financial data to enhance profitability; prepare and control operational budgets; develop effective financial strategies for projects.
- Provide strategic input by liaising with management, assisting in developing operational plans, and implementing project strategies.
- Monitor and improve support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance; facilitate communication between support functions.
- Oversee organizational policies, including health and safety meetings and task assignments.
- Organize and support project management and review meetings.
- Maintain strategic oversight, coordination, and management of projects.
- Manage daily activities, analyze statistics, and prepare reports.
- Ensure project requirements are gathered and analyzed; define project management structures and oversee specialist teams.
- Work collaboratively, be open to direction, and committed to completing tasks.
- Assess situations from multiple perspectives.
- Facilitate projects aligned with company goals across operations.
- Evaluate and improve current systems and procedures continuously.
- Update management on progress and areas needing improvement.
- Prepare reports on project status for department managers and inform senior management of project directions, adjusting as needed.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior managers.
- Prepare and review design basis, specifications, bid evaluations, and drawings.
- Mobilize goods and services, drafting work specifications as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Set measurable and specific operational objectives.
- Monitor events as per the Monitoring & Communication Plan and update it as necessary.
- Provide leadership at various construction levels.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
- Monitor key staff to ensure quality and timely project execution.
