Main Contractor Location United Arab Emirates Employment Type Fulltime Industry Construction Contracting Experience Required Minimum 5 years in the UAE Application Deadline Insert Deadline With solid expertise in both pretender and posttender stages of construction projects The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE construction market and a proven track record working with contractors on largescale projects Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates BOQs and tender documentation Conduct rate analysis and cost planning during the pretender stage Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and competitiveness Manage postcontract commercial activities including valuations variations and claims Prepare interim and final payment applications and assist in contract administration Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle Liaise with project managers engineers and commercial teams to support project delivery Requirements Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a main contractor Strong knowledge of pre and posttender processes Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations market rates and contract practices Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or CIQS is an advantage Experience in highrise infrastructure or mixeduse developments is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Career growth within a respected main contracting firm Dynamic and collaborative work environment
