Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion The successful candidate will coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for the flawless execution of projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget Key Responsibilities Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations Coordinate and manage project team members vendors and stakeholders Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Manage project budgets expenses and resource allocation Communicate project status issues and solutions to stakeholders regularly Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables are completed as specified Document project phases and create comprehensive project documentation Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or related field Proven experience in project management PMP or equivalent certification preferred Strong leadership organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with project management tools MS Project Jira Trello etc Knowledge of project management methodologies Agile Waterfall Scrum
